JelliBee Baby orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days of your order, and typically within 24-48 hours.
Since our items make great gifts for parents, kids and babies, we offer premium gift wrapping, which includes a foil wrapped box with fabric ribbon and a bow for $9 and always free, personalized, handwritten cards. Simply select your preferences at check out.
Shipping & Handling
All JBB orders are shipped via USPS. If you need overnight delivery, please contact our customer service department at

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with our one of a kind products. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of your purchase on unworn/unused items
with their original tags. Simply contact us at
customerservice@JelliBeeBaby.com and we’ll give you return/exchange
instructions. You will be responsible for
return/exchange shipping.
Backorders
Sometimes the demand for our products may exceed our inventory. We will let you know as soon as possible when this happens and you will have the option to
await delivery, choose another product, or cancel your order.
